OneVigor Creates New Role to Focus on Growing Portfolio of Media Solutions
May 23, 2018 – San Diego, CA – OneVigor, Inc ®, a leader in TV content distribution and media solutions, is pleased to announce the addition of Ryan Bettencourt to the executive management team as OneVigor’s Head of Product. In this newly created role, Mr. Bettencourt will oversee the development and management of the company’s product roadmap based on OneVigor’s adopted strategies and vision. Working closely with the executive team, as well as the development, marketing, and sales departments, Mr. Bettencourt will focus on defining and growing OneVigor’s portfolio of products in the media market.
Mr. Bettencourt has extensive experience as a product leader, entrepreneur, and executive within media and digital media organizations. Most recently, Ryan co-founded the venture studio Cursive Labs, where he was Managing Director. The company built multiple products and ventures, with content marketing platform Spoutable, being its most successful and becoming the company’s primary effort. Ryan led the conception and development of Spoutable from the beginning and later co-led the company with one of his co-founders.

Prior to Cursive Labs, Ryan led Saban Brands’ digital efforts for its many kid-related brands. Ryan joined Saban through the acquisition of KidZui, an internet browser that made the internet big, fun and safe for kids. As President of KidZui, he led the company’s product, sales, marketing and business development efforts. Ryan has also been President of leading user experience and design agency digital-telepathy, and a founder and head of other start-up ventures such as Blurtopia, CellarThief (acquired) and a successful clothing brand. He earned his MBA from Babson College where he was a Babson Fellow.
